In this update you'll be looking at South Baycross or Bayshore. With its rich country life to tall trees, this place ain't for the urban sim. More of a business nature if you ask me.

The new area known as West Gates Borough of Bay Cross has finnally moved in. West from the ports.
An example picture of what is it now. Nice old countyside estates on some fast speed rail lines.

    <ahttp://img11.imageshack.us/img11/8828/baycrossaug291711375645052op.jpg align=baseline>

There is farmland, lots. Some richer farmers packed there bags of Flat Hill and seaked here to find an easier route of transport.
TGV trains run by here a lot. Some nice trees and houses comfort the area so the farmer wont be lonely.

    <ahttp://img11.imageshack.us/img11/563/farmland4cc.jpg align=baseline>

Ponds are popular for you tourists. Free pond with fishing, boating, swimming, and much more to offer
No diving, cause why would you do it in 3 1.2  foot(1.4 meter) pond?

    <ahttp://img30.imageshack.us/img30/5853/pond1qi.jpg align=baseline>

Whats later? Some development keeps up with some west breaking development. They are trying to keep
ship shape for newer trees, falls, roads, farms, and other zones. Its hard work

    Next up: The race west!

This CJ is looking very beautiful! I am just loving what you are doing with it! The ship on that tiny pond is great! And the canals look very well placed around those farms.

I agree with Cjah, that those sunken railways look very nice, and very realistic! These towns are very cute and pretty, I like them alot! Great job. 19.gif

Oh and the seaport is especially well designed, I'm amazed that huge ship navigated that tiny gap! 18.gif

    Cheers, choco.

    Finnally I got an update.

Welcome to San Jumakian 6.gif West West West! Is the goal. This town is published by a mountainside.
Nature's the best thing, great for tourist sites. West..the goverment shouted, and San J. was the first
    town to start west.

    front7em.jpg

Downtown-I wouldn't call this downtown yet--but wait 5 pages and the whole city will. lol. The 'Downtown' at night
offers extreme cafes, night clubs, shoppin, or just hangin out. No this city was made by the Canadians, Germans
    stick to the East.

    downtown8tb.jpg

Maid falls: A wonderful site, just by driving from Bay Cross, y'all can see the natural beauty. Fishin, parhaps, is a bit hard.
(This area published by the national S.W. companies and Canadian aspects, a litter fine of $500 is part taken)

    maidfalls2oe.jpg

This burban suburban area shows the express between rightful homes. In other words, this is a nieghborhood. An avg. house here costs about $700,000.00 Due to high land values a mental raise in $200,500.00. So buy a cheap house while you can!

    layoutcopy6uu.jpg

    Transportation:

As commutes raised to 40, the ppl were thinking of a good rail system. So some rails went directly into the burbs' and layed there. The railroad leads to North Baycross, with a commute time of 25min. The mayor proudly cuts the ribbon to open the INT. Baycross Western Railroad. That means this railroad will lead.....................WEST!

    rails3yg.jpg

    later2xx.jpg

Up Next: Is it possible for San Jumakian to grow on top of the mountain,
or will slopes block the way. Tune in next time at Branton, a new generation!
    Comments:

Cjah, thanks for your support. LOL the trapped boat gots everyone wondering, eh?

Coco: Ty, the canals were hard to do cause of the regions hard terrain, next time 'I'll
post a region shot. Stay tuned! 19.gif

Eitzen, Brantons region, is a colony of (sim) Germany
The outlike was a deal with North America, taking 1/4th of land.
Germany still rules it, but Is getting weakened by North America ruleing some land.
No wars have gone-yet. The local goverment is thinking of an Area 8.1 in Bay Cross South.
Taxes are weakened by econimic growth from other countries.
    Signing papers are hard.
And the evil bunny factory is a hit trying to take over journals into buying land. (Choco pay attention)

Nysc4: Yeah, those waterfalls are nice. I use a lot of pegasus stuff 2.gif

Update----I cant remember what update. lol

Its impossible to build all across the mountain, but some development has peaked.
From the farms, they went west across the city into West San Jamakian. This is a tropical Eastside away from the Sea.

    Replys and Comments

Cjah: Thanks for commenting, yep. Also thanx for leading 3 other comments lol.

jacqulina: Aww your so sweet. WHy thank you so much. Im a big fan of pegasus.

Philscafe: Yeah, thats the only thing. Waterfalls are cool (really on a mountainous city like San Jumakian)
CDI_spy: gee thanks and welcome to Branton, I hope I enjoy your stay. Ruralness is my feel. I also like
    gettin close to the details.

The storyline (green means good, yellow means ok. Red means bad)

2009: The Depras and Earth team up together and trip the shuttle south of the solar system.

2011: They arrive in Eitzen, and Planet circleing a star nearby. There is water and the tempatures are around 70-110 in the summer. Good for life and many cool trees and animals.

2015: Gold Depra makes Eitzen a part of Depra.

2016: The Derpas give up and sell the plant to earth.

2020: German explorers build a tiny settlement called Eurupa, later called Branton.

2024: Germans find Oil and Tarmac. With these riches they renamed the town to Branton, meaning Oil in Gold Depra.

    2025: town hits 1000

2026: Germans start Green Metro. This major commercial city will boom the industrial center.

2029: Flat Hills are found. Improves tourists and business by 10%

2030: Flock of Spanish come and claim some land. A war goes on between Germans and the Spanish.

2032: Baycross is found by the Spanish.

2033: Wars get worse, the Germans bomb a train near Baycross, killing 1500ppl.

2034: San Jumakian is found by the Spanish. Regional Income improves 25%

2038: The war is still going. When will this war end? Who is going to win?

    spacest7gr.jpg
This is Brantons first Space Station commuting Immagrants and traveling the latest information.

    baycross3kg.jpg
IN other news, Baycross is going through some big growth. Rumors has it that soon skyscapers will appear here. This is south Baycross, East of the port.

    baycspanniegh6eh.jpg
These Spanish people sure know how to live! These quiet nieghborhoods are the area of growth. About the quietness, mmm maybe not so quiet with the war and bigger buildings.

    georgepond0yk.jpg
Mommie! Look at the duckies! Those are voices you'll hear when you arrive at George Pond. Nice for some picnics, or how about boating? George knows all! Laughing

    region7zo.jpg
As you can see, I did some changes to the region. I added a new water color, put in trees, and a new beach color, cool eh?

    flagcopy5fh.jpg
Dadadadada, the flag of the nation. Branton has its own flag, along with Green Metro and Flat Hills, If the German win the war the flag will add on to Baycross and San Jumakian, if not, the Spanish got their own flag for claiming.

Welp, thats all for today. I hope you enjoy this update very much. I'll post sooner. Winkhttp://www.simcitycentral.net/forums/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif>

    hello

this is my first post in this cj and i looks very good. your are doing better and better.
    here are some suggestions:
    -try the Asphalt  higway/freeway texture, it makes it more beautiful;
-and, try more suburban area's it looks so goood
-maybe you should increase the public transport, like the glr i've seeen
    -and i think you should a litttle more realism to your ponds --> a huge boat in that pond doesn't look good, and a waterfall out of a little pond? you might try to make a 'source', ie tunne;

    Meastro444

btw1 keep in mind ONLY suggestions
btw2 your cj still looks awesome
btw3 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

    Update!
I will be updateing 3x faster now GARENTEED!!!!!
I had a LOT in my way before I could make this update, so HERE it is.

AFTER the spanish let down a little, things started to change. Regular Germans
quickly moved to Baycross for fish and electric goods. New computers that could talk
was brought for the Spanish, makeing some germans sneak in.

Because every1 was at war, most people thought the Germans
    in Baycross were Spanish

The Albahine River also improved fishing, makeing sneaky german business arrive...they lied most of the time to
Spanish people about business. New boats were carries goods up from the farms to the city center

Railroads also Increased business and transport.

Suburbs skitted outside of town while tading business BOOMED.
New things like computers, automatic 3 week car cleaners, and melted punch cherries
    became hits in Baycross.
