All three demand bars are negative for all things.

My cash flow is positive, I have limited pollution, and an airport and seaport, but how do I get demand for more residential and commercial and industrial.

Any help to get demad is appreciated.

Try placing parks, and check how education, health, and safety is doing.

Also, does your city have any neighboor connections? If you keep one big city without any connections, it limits growth.

You might leave that city for a while and build up some of it's neighbors, as long as it's well connected to them this should bring up demand. Additionally even a small tax cut, especially on residential I think, can raise demand a lot, try cutting back some taxes by 0.3% if your budget can support it.

I rarely have this problem because I work region wide. The demand tends to level over the region, and I always connect my city tiles to all the tiles around it. Working a region is much more interesting than working a single city. Cities I just let grow by working them as needed to enhance the region. One of mine that started out as a farming village is now getting close to 100,000 population, which wasn't my original intent, but with all the folks passing through, who could resist setting up a few businesses to take their money? I used GDV electronic toll gates to help my income, which works magnificently on roads and avenue. I hardly ever use a highway and for those, there are Maxis tollgates for Maxis highways.

The appearance of Rush Hour really emphasized the idea of regional play.
