No AVE-4 turning lane

    I checked all the turning lane boxes and fixed a previous issue where there was no turning lanes on roads and avenues, but I seem to still have no avenue turning lanes when I checked back in. Funny thing is, the turning lane extension pack installed properly.

    The Turning Lane Extension Plugin (TuLEPs) only handles puzzle piece-based items, not draggable items. Also, changes to draggable items don't take immediate effect: re-drag the networks and see if anything changes...

    Read the Readme or drown in bugs and glitches; the choice is yours...

    Only because it was RUL'd in that way; It was probably complicated to account for T-intersections at the time and it still might be.

    Best way to check to see if a NAM plugin is there is to look at the NAM's plugin folder (Yes, the NAM has its own plugins folder). If there isn't a file that has "TurningLanes" in the filename, you don't have turning lanes installed.
