Yellowing of region on the region opening lots

    The Yellow covering of the regions are back or I just never got rid of em. In the regional areas prior to choosing your city, I get these yellow towering images. Can't balmed them on ony one cause I haven't loaded anything up to them yet.

    I had this issues once before and never got rid of it. So what I did was a comlete reinstall of OS and game. Wipperd the hard drives,,,etc. was trying to cover all my basics. However to no avail, cause it is back again. Here are my stats;

    amd 1090t 6 CORE

    8 gigs of hyper ram.

    120gig and 1 terbyt HDDs.....heck now you got it all.

    Nice machine.

    Open your Catalyst control center and make sure that all the 3D controls are set to "application selected" or equivalent (mine is a set of check boxes, all unchecked), and that there are no overrides from the card.

    To post a picture you need to use a photo-sharing site, upload your screen-shot, then post its URL here using the image tool.

    Well tat was the solution to fixing the yellow regions. However it created another issue which I will see if someone else had and got resolved b4 I post anew....Thanks again.
