Natural Growth with W2W Question

Quick question: when you naturally zone will w2w buildings construct in the correct places? I don't mean will a set naturally constuct itself together with everything fitting perfectly but rather if I have zoned near a junction will a w2w corner lot appear if it faces 2 roads?

Planning on building a new region and just checking to see if I need to plop everything or if the game will help me out a little bit!

Unfortunately W2Ws might grow on corners, and i've observed the opposite as well (corner buildings growing where there should be W2Ws, although less often.

You might want to bulldoze any "unfit" building that grows on a spot until something better grows in it's place, or you might plop buildings, maybe only on corners, so that you have a bit of control over it.

The only way that I've learned to get only w2w buildings is to download a 'no-Maxis-building mod' and then download custom w2w buildings from sc4 fan sites.

Try alternating Zones between high and medium density

S=street/road

H=High Density

M=Medium Density

In this picture, W2Ws will face the north street
