After installation of the newest NAM 30 I still have icon for FLUPs but they won't create in the city. After clicking on this icon, I only get a grey pointer and nothing else. Am I the only one with this problem? Which sort of plugin files may cause flup disappear?

Are you sure you installed NAM Version 30? Have you by chance any outdated versions of the NAM Controller (or other outdated RUL-bound transit mod files) in your Plugins?

Try it with a clean install--nothing else in the Plugins folder.

Sorry, what is "RUL-bound transit mod files" Nam controller is the one that NAM30 requires.

I have no idea what they are, but I suggest that you need to isolate all your mods that have anything to do with transportation and the NAM, and keep them in a separate directory. I always remove all of mine to a backup directory before i install a new NAM. I don't care to try to understand the intricacies of all of this as it has its own jargon that I don't care to learn.

I believe each edition of the NAM comes with a list of items that should be removed before installation.

RUL files are files that control the transit functionality of the game and could conflict with each other, including any older NAM files, any of the old transit fixes, etc. There is a Cleanitol file included in the download that lists all the files that need to be removed if present. Most of them are in previous editions of NAM, but there are some that were available separately. As Tarkus mentioned, install NAM in an empty Plugins folder to check functionality. If all works well, then there is an older file in the Plugins that causes the conflict.

A further note - I would guess that your cursor is grey because you have the Color Cursor option turned off? If so, you are dealing with the Red Arrow issue mentioned in the NAM post here. Scroll down to the #1 FAQ. It also provides more information on the files involved.
