stupid down load STEX message

OK so love down loading from this heck i downloaded like 50 files in a day but now i get this stupid message saying [#10860] You have exceeded the maximum amount of downloads allotted to you by the administrator for the day.

what the heck is that trash i hope they get that glitch fixed i have never ever have gotten that stupid message any help would be nice

Fifty files sound like quite a lot, so I'm sorry but I don't understand why you're complaining. ST has a bandwith limit that is often exceeded especially on weekends, so measures like these must be taken so that everyone has a fair share of bandwith to download files. I really wouldn't add so many plugin files to your suite at once unless you really know what you're doing; if you don't read the readmes and descriptions things can get screwy in your game really fast.
