There is a reason why this game is called "GUESS the skyline", and if people wanna cheat, just let them. If they like it. 

 

For me, it's fun guessing although I'm pretty experienced with skylines, so ...

 

And telling others how to cheat because they're asking for it, I don't know if this will reduce the number of cheating players.
