Welcome to the Times of Troix! Although this had been in the CJ Section for 2 months now, the team decided to also move this to this section of the City Journals. There will be no difference between the two Times of Troix CJs except in Rare Occasions. It would still feature the latest news and the best of the best each month with the creation of the section called 'What's Hot this Week'. It would also feature connecting content between CJs such as Schulmania, Sotoa, Queensferry, etc. Now let's go over some rules...

Well, I was 9 at the time, living on the complete opposite side of the country when it happened. All I remember is being told by my teacher and sitting there on the classroom floor, trying to comprehend it all, because I don't even think I even knew what the World Trade Center was at the time.

Although I do know that I get seriously ticked off at nuts trying to convince people it was our own Government that blew them up.

9/11 is what sparked my fire to join the military. After a successful tour in Taji, Iraq, I felt my duty was done, but still to this day, every 9/11 video sends chills down my spine, and every time I hear someone say it was our government or americans deserve it drives me into a rage. I've not always agreed with my country's decisions, but no matter what, people died that day for a "cause" declared against our government. Almost all of them were honest, hard working ordinary people who had families and friends and a good life ahead of them. I was only in the 6th grade, but I understood the scale of what had happened, and it shook me to the core.

This is a great tribute to the twin towers. I'm also happily surprised that you didn't put in any pictures of planes crashing into the buildings because I think the twin towers should be remembered as an engineering marvel, a spectacular skyscraper and addition to New York's sky line and I think it is this which a lot of people forget to remember as well.

Anyway, look forward to what's next!
