Hey simtropolis! I am now taking over x493x's "Guess that car" game , with his permission off course

Now , this is now "guess that vehicle" , this includes

-Engine Components and parts

-Trucks

-SUV's

-Engines

-Automobiles

-And everthing car / truck related!

I want to make this fun and exciting , the more people that join and get the pic correct , they achieve points. These points are just so you can show off your Car knowledge.

I think that the spiral is a turbocharger. The others, you are right in all respects.

You know, at Curbsideclassics.com they have this, and people guess from very small pictures of *very* small areas of a car, like *just* a hint of trim or fender or bumper, but rarely all three in one shot.

I suggest, don't show a tuned car if you want people to guess the make and model. Only show a tuned version if you want us to guess the tuner, like 'Brabus' or Gemballa.' Just a suggestion.

Just a tip...

You should probably host the images yourself, because that way you can change the name of the file. While this round isn't too bad, if people wanted too they could have easily cheated on the last round and got them all right by looking at the file name of the image.

See, I thought Saturn Astra as well, but I searched and searched and couldn't find one with chrome headlight surrounds, which leads me to believe it's a Vauxhall. The problem there is that EVERY SINGLE VAUXHALL MADE AT THE END OF THE LAST DECADE HAS THE SAME HEADLIGHTS.

I think what the biggest problem is with guessing this car is the body. Opel, Vauxhall, Saturn, Holden, Chevrolet, all guessed above, are all General Motors brands and use pretty much the same bodies, apart from some slight changes and being branded differently.

Its all down to the headlights and front grill.

I think I walked past one a couple of days ago, so Im going with Holden, but I have no idea if its right...

With cars, you just found the man for it.....lol. I myself own 8 cars from the fifties and sixties (American Muscle cars, Private Collection and maybe my old age pension). I also have been collecting all Matchbox toy cars since the beginning of it's existance in the mid-fifties and almost all pictures of bizarre and rare models ever since the late sixties at the time when I started to get interested in pictures and posters to collect, including the electric Chevrolet  EN for city driving. They will be available in blue, red and black.

 

I become all ears in public when I hear people talking about CARS.....lol
