What do you mean by 'Day-light savings time'? do you have to be outside or something???

Daylight savings time (British summer time here) is when the clocks are offset from the real time during the summer. It's something to do with farmers waking up in daylight and having a proper days work. It's that "spring forwards, fall back" thing though it could be abolished soon in the UK. So when you say 7pm GMT, do you mean the actual time or the time your clock displays?
