So there is a way to make buildings like City Life's Building Customization Editor? You can rearrange parts and change textures, and change decorations (trees, furniture, sculpture, signs, etc)?

I can't seem to get this to build in a city. Does it build on its own or do I have to plop it? I can't find where it is if I have to plop it down. I have checked everywhere. Ideas?

It's located under Hotels. It's a grey rectangle box that turns in to the Burj once it has finished construction.

Even if it is possible. I hear it would not be even remotely as easy as City Life's Building Customization Editor because the tool/program was so easy, I could rearrange some parts of a $$$$ highrise condo into a large hospital with only importing one MS Paint picture for a blue cross, while the custom content makers for Cities XL have to do all that with code. As far as I know...
