No Limit For Neighbour Deals?

Hi everybody,

Some years ago i stopped playing SC4 because i was limited by the rules of the neighbour deals.

At this moment no mod allowed me to "break" or soften theses rules but now perharps it exists and don't found yet?

I am on CityXl but some small problems annoy me it i could restart the venerable SC4 moreover it this mod exists

I need "limited" defined before I can give you more than the following generalization: There are no mods for neighbor deals I am aware of, and even then I am fairly sure the only parts of the neighbor deal system you can mod is how much they cost. I do not know which file you need to mod to accomplish this, however.

I will try to explain my "problem" from memory as SC4 is not installed, and i had played it several month ago

I have approximately 5 cities, 3 on big area (A, B,C) and 2 and very small area (D,E).

A,B,C,D are on the same continent. D and E are linked by a bridge.

It is ± like this

One of my goal was to transfer energy (or other ressources) from E to other city by D. I try to create some "cascade" by the various limitation of demand/offering block at D city; it is a very small city with very small consumption capacity.

I hope you understand something

I have seen that some modd could decrease the limitation but i have not actively search for it.

Unless two cities are directly connected to each other, they can't share resources. Therefore, E cannot directly share resources with any other city than D. However, you can work around this by connecting D to B and C and selling E's resources through it. It's not quite what you want, but it's the best compromise available.

Yes, that already i have done.

Transfering goods from E to C is a bit ambitious; i will find a easier soluce

Wait, as I am understanding the problem here, is that trading utilities from city E to the your other cities by D is limited due to city D's low demand, is that correct? If so, there is a way around that. If you look up Heblem on the STEX, he produced lots that consume a large amount of power, water, and produce lots of trash. Once this lot is plopped, it should give you the chance to make very large neighbor deals, and then the lot can be bulldozed so that you can move those goods on to another city.

ok, in fact i will be more easier.

It seems that i backup the wrong region when i uninstall SC4, i lost all my cities
