Build Large City In One BiG Shot!!!!!

Hello all, it's me again. Today i try to build big city on large tile in one big shot! Mean use maximum loan scheme and build entire city as possible. This is empty Region, NO money cheat, NO super demand mod. I started a city with medium mode and build only R$$$, CS$$$ & High Density Industrial.

In half simnation year, the city need to refinance...

After running at 1st simnation year the city losing a lot of money.... forcing the mayor to took another financial support. $100,000 loan.... at this point the city incomes cannot bare the expenses!

With the loan approved the mayor has survive for another year. The struggle has yet far from over, in 2 simnation years the debt increased and leave the mayor only one option.... "Take another loan!"

Surprisingly after 2 years & 9 month.... the city incomes rising a little bit from expenses. Now the mayor can drink his coffee and enjoy homemade pancakes!

But the city has huge amount of debt left... it took another 8 years more to repay.

The mayor smile, he refill his cup with more coffee... "The city is making more money now...."

In 10 smnation years the city has changed a lot.....

The city loan scheme repayment has finished.

The sim peoples and the mayor live happy ever after........ we may be revisit the mayor again after 20 year later.... THE END!

Instead of borrowing and having to pay the load back with interest, why not just use the "Extra cheats .dll" which gives you access to all the developer's debugging and testing commands. You can give your self up to 9 Billion Simoleons using the moolah command. It is effectively a god mode bank, and you could look at it as a loan from the Federal Development Bank at no interest. When the treasury again climbs above the amount of the grant, just take it back.

Well this this time around i purposely remove all my cheat files from /plugins folder! So i have no option but taking a loan. Yes it is easy to Extra cheat.dll but i refuse. I wanted to clean build and NO money laundry. Maybe i will use it on my next project .

might as well use the extra cheats since you are playing with nam

oh and you cant zone $$$ you can only zone differing densities

well i think you are a talented city builder. no cheats and having to pay interest. but all the stuff was build at once. yep thats a good city planer.

i learn a lots from this forum + others, it really relief when you can shut-up the sim needed. Specially when you deal with low demand, no jobs and commute time. I hope you achieve your mega structure city that you mention on the post. Good Luck mate! BTW i posted the latest PANORAMIC picture of that city.... very huge image file....
