make it easy like i did. export Simcity registry and place is in your simcity directory folder. Copy everything to other drive and u can rebuild your new rig. When your new pc done just double click simcity.reg. Your simcity is ready! *Make sure you copy back your simcity in same directory or just edit the .reg file.

Best way to earn money in hard level is to play with taxes, build maximum high density residential areas.(3x3 is the best) Keep re-loan until reached limit, by this time your city should have enough population, commerce & offices and dirty industrial. By any chance if your population reach 50k and above you can start maximize taxes to 20%. Let it run for 10 years time so you can finished all your debt. Population will reduce a little but after finishing repay your loan you can reduce back your taxes to minimum. Also start your city with minimum tax to attract more people come to your city. TQ

jamie, i can open your London.sc4. 1st it crashed with my all 12gb plugins. I reduce my plugins, i just using intirely LEX DVD plugins and i managed to open London.sc4 without crashing. Yes you will see a lot of brown boxes all over the city. I updates you again later. TQ

change "-w" to "-F"........... that mean from windowed to Full screen. That should works.

i believe the crashing due to multiple core try to use single core command the will solved the problem. -CPUCount:1

Original Somy Angel Statue has nothing to do with population exaggerated. The creator just lied about having 12 Billion inhabitants using Angel Statue. I plop it in my many cities and sure thing nothing happen! Populations growth steadily base on developments that i made. He must using other cheat mod that he wont reveal to us all.

ggamgus, i only have City Life version of Monte Carlo Products, so i still beginner playing CTXL. I will get CTXL2012 soon and start from scratch! Till my new gaming rig (mid-end) full assemble i only can play SimCity!
