To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

Words to live by:

Anyone else find it odd that on a forum built to reach 10000 posts, we're talking about whether a specific food is a biscuit or a cookie?

I claim to practice architecture, but in reality architecture practices me. 

1200+ hrs in C:S and counting.

    The only thing I hate about New Years is that it basically marks the end of our winter break, considering that we go back on the third.
