Five or six courses in a College usually requires special permission which is very difficult to obtain. The most courses I have ever taken was 4. 3 were 5 credits and 1 was 2 credits.

Hmm... you know, come to think of it, my sister is currently taking only four classes a semester, too.

But, in all fairness, those are four credit classes for a total of 16 credits. My classes were pretty much all three credit classes, so I was taking 15 or 18 credits a semester... on par. I had more different courses, but not more work.

Yup. Last year was 870. This year we were at 897 last I saw. I actually found some inspiration and made a couple last minute ad-hoc nominations myself, bringing my total for this year to 4.
