Can I Add More City Tiles?

 Hey, I have a region that is made up of 10 medium city tiles (2x5) and I was wondering if there is any way I can add another row of mediums making it 3x5

First, you'll probably want to save a backup of the original config file in case something goes wrong. Then you can open the region's config file with a graphics program (such as Paint). Then add 2 rows of pixels (for medium cities) at the bottom. Color the new rows green so the game will make them medium cities. Using the new config file should show a row of blank (flat terrain) medium cities in the region.

Is there a way to adjust how the cities are borken up on a map that I downloaded from the SimExchange before I start playing this new region?
