Re-Zoning

Hi all.

Is there a way to re-zone say a low density unskilled to a medium density zone without demolishing the houses in 2011?

Like in SC4 you just dropped a zone on top of an existing one and it automatically  changed to medium when the demand was there.

PS. I have come straight from SC4 missing out '09 altogether.

nope, you have to demolish then rezone

That was a major gripe with the 09 version as well.
