Building plop viewer?

 Was thinking about plopping some buildings into a city and was just wondering is there a picture viewer??

So when you ctrl X and right click .....then click building plop instead of text you see a picture of the building/item

Anyone help??

there's a picture list of all standard buildings over at ... uhm... scplaza? don't know for sure, haven't check this list for ages. it was in german and english but, like I said, didn't support custom content.

further, this list gave the ingame names and not the names as given in the building plop list. but it was helpful as to which category to look for a certain building in the building plop list.

other than that, I'm not quite sure about 1) how much inpact such a service would have on the performance of the (luckily easy to access but admittedly) bad coded game and 2) the legal p.o.v. as this, if I'm not mistaken, would make an exe-modification necessary which must not be distributed.

But I'd love to have such a service as I'm frequently using the building plop cheat...

Didn't really think about exe -mod ..which I think your right it would have to will check out the scplaza site later maybe

That is a download, some people might not want to download it. Another solution is the guess it, it's easy thanks to the fact that the size, and origin (Chicago, Europe, NY, Houston). You plop it and if you don't like it. Darn it, just bulldoze it and move on.

There is no tool such as you're seeking.. it may be possible, but I don't know.. I'd say no, but people can be very clever when it comes to finding new things
