Welcome to the 2nd entry and the first update for:

    drakkaname.jpg

We are at Luna Beach again, Luxury houses continue to dominate this district. This pic shows some new luxury row homes. The appartment size ranges between 435 and 450 square meters each.

    1

    cxlscreenshotdrakka14.jpg

The downtown, seen from one of the places reserved for a park.

    2

    cxlscreenshotdrakka12.jpg

We're back at Morden some better earning people settled at the north and south end of the small island....

    3

    cxlscreenshotdrakka8.jpg

Now some pics where I stood on some roofs,

The first one is taken at Northern central- morden, social housing, lost perspectives, crime, gangs....

    4

    cxlscreenshotdrakka4.jpg

This one is taken at central Morden looking towards east.

    5

    cxlscreenshotdrakka6.jpg

The third one is taken a bit north to the centre, here you can see very clearly that the richer ones live next to the beach but the poor and (about 25% workless) unskilled workers live only one block away.

    6

    cxlscreenshotdrakka5.jpg

Let's leave "The Troubles" and ride the Metro and bus line 8 towards Crystal Waters.

    Travelling through downtown Hey Super

    7

    cxlscreenshotdrakka4.jpg

North Crystal waters is a very nice place to live at.... as long as there is not one of the very rare heavy storms.

    8

    cxlscreenshotdrakka15.jpg

    And a last pic ....

    9

    cxlscreenshotdrakka13.jpg

I hope you've enjoined this update, greetings, Skimbo.

Your cities are always exceptional and stunningly beautiful!

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

    Words to live by:
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

"Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34
"Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-3

Where did you get the re-skinned Metro train, by the way?

Welcome to the 3rd entry and the second update for:

    drakkaname.jpg

We're out at Crystal waters again.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka28.jpgcxlscreenshotdrakka28.jpg

A lot of hi-tec firms setteled down at this district. Here, for example, below Crystal Waters Expressway.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka26.jpg

The bus Deopt is located next to the subway station, the lines 8 and 9 serve the whole area.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka27.jpg

Let's head back downtown via the Crystal Waters Expressway.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka20.jpg

The busy road leads direct into the heart of the city.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka1.jpg

    Downtown impressions....

    cxlscreenshotdrakka2.jpg

    cxlscreenshotdrakka3.jpg

    cxlscreenshotdrakka29.jpg

    cxlscreenshotdrakka19.jpg

Luxorious hotels are located along the ring road

    cxlscreenshotdrakka18.jpg

The ring road and it's way underneath the Eastern Lagoon rail bridge and the Morden Expressway.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka21w.jpg

The City Drakka has the honor to be the first city in the CXL world tsting new metro vehicles. Here one that looks like a dutch 5200 series.

    cxlscreenshotdrakka25.jpg

I hope you'e enjoined this update, greetings, Skimbo.

That las pic is weirding me out. It looks as if there is about a mile or so of beach and the road is turned in ward like a race track...is that just my eyes deceiving me?

my resolution is 1920x200 pixles, HD monitor. Graphics card is a GTX480, Graph settings all at maximum. The road is a simple british avenue and the beach is not as long as it looks like from this position.

Now that my cities got "typical Skimbo" again I'm motivated to restart CJ writeing.

Today I've got some pictures of one of my new favourite cities. It's named after a dragon in greek mythology: Hydra.(It's not the only city I've named after Hydra, Take a look at my SC4 CJ in the next time if you want to know the other one) This link is a direct plane ticket to Dragon Islands(SC4)

The city is located on a tropical island, is mostly low dense and got it's first busline when it reached the population of 790.000 people.

The two dense areas, Downtown and Habour city are located in the center and in the north of the city, connected via buslines 3, 4 and 5. Busline 1 and 2 create a ring on the about 24kilometers(15Miles) long coast road.

The most attractive foto motive of the city is the Habour City because it's located next to the water and due the north of the island is more or less protected from wind some people buildt their houses at the flat water.

Habour city seen from the water....
