Works great! Load on the 0 core was almost 0% as core, 3,5 and 6 were in use! Thank you!

Allows you to adjust the affinity of the process.  This makes it so you can tell it to run on only certain cores.

I've use this in the past when I had multiple high-CPU usage programs running and I wanted to keep them on the same processor cache (back in the day when Intel had multiple processors in one package that had to go through the FSB to communicate).

    win 7 pro

    Intel Core2Quad Q9550 2.83ghz

    2gb RAM

    64bit

no noticeable difference except for the intro video appears to be crisper.

Yeah, the tool makes the game use both of my processors, but I don't notice any significant increase in performance.

how do i make this tool work? when I try to run the program it will not use more than one core.

    I select both core 0 and 1

I enable them with the little box under selection screen.

I save core settings and select location of Cities XL 2011

I click save at the bottom and then a settings file appears on my desktop

I then go back to see if I selected the cores wrong and now there are 4 cores instead of 2

they go in the order as follows:

    Core 0

    Core 1

    Core 0

    Core 1

Everytime i click save in the settings where you select the game location there will be another pair of cores in the selection screen

Lets say i I do it 5 times. It will say as follows:

    Core 0

    Core 1

    Core 0

    Core 1

    Core0

    Core1

    Core0

    Core1

    Core0

    Core1

    Core0

    Core1

So, as you can see there is a problem.....

Any sugestions on how to fix?

Where can I get this now? I understand that it is proboblly built into the games first patch but I don't like the patch and run the game without it until the unlock-er mode is supported. so Is there any way of attaining this?
