HOV Lanes

i have a hov plugin but i see a few amount of normal cars still go thru how do i stop that

The HOV lanes on the STEX, I believe, are modified to only have buses. Actual HOV lanes (like in real life) are impossible (due to being a different network). Such a shame, too, because I love the HOV lanes on Northwest Freeway in Houston.

the normal traffic will not go onto the HOV lanes if it the hov lanes beginner tile is put at the beginning of the highway

Any automata will continue along and pass through it, but will disappear as specified by the vehicle spawn/recall rate until it matches the true commute value: 0 car.

how do i get black highways?

they look like the default ground highway but its black instead

There should be a mod somewhere, or maybe you're thinking of RHW.

I believe the Highway Restyling Mod by mrtnrln (Link) is the most up-to-date.

Did you make sure that the HRS loads after the NAM? This is the most probable cause. Make sure the mod is placed in a folder inside the root plugins-folder with a "z_" in front of the name.
