I've been getting some mods for SC4 and its been going nicely. But what I can't find is a proper grass texture and nice trees to use. When I look at the following picture, it looks so much better just due to the grass and trees:

     nice looking grass and trees

Does anyone know how to get that grass and those trees?

And after installing the grass, can I just keep working on my region or should I re-do it?

Another example are the following trees and suburban houses, anyone knows where to find them:

Search for Peg mods (by Pegasus) on the STEX. Then you will find all the greenery you will ever need........and more.

The terrain from both pictures are from the Columbus Terrain Mod. It's a real nice mod to work with. As you can see, it contains a nice green terrain, and even may contain snow-covered mountains! If it's not just a mod you would like to get, it's a mod I would recommend to you.

Like any terrain and water mod, you just have the enter, save, and exit each city tile for the changes to take effect. No further actions needed.

The trees are a from two mods. In the first picture, you can see trees from Pegasus. Good ones too. In the second picture, you see trees from the Cycledog Tree Mod (just to note: Cycledog is the maker of the Columbus Mod, so both mods are designed for eachother).

Wow, thanks for all the great help! I lost this topic the last days but finally found it back now (yes I'm a ***** here still 3.gif). I'll go download these mods right now! 4.gif

And about the water -- I noticed about the enter, save and exit each city tile, but that is unbelievbly tedious work in a large region. And most of the time the city tile just becomes empty land instead of really showing the tile itself. Aren't there any other ways to do this?
