Technical Issue with BAT

I don't know what happened, but for whatever reason, I cannot start up the BAT. OK so I go back to the Maxis site and download it again, and then I try to install BAT and it says that gmax does not appear to be installed. So I checked in my Add or Remove Programs list and it was there! Does anyone know what this is?

try to un-install everything, and redo from the beginning.. that may help.

Also make sure GMAX is installed in a default location eg C:\gmax and not somewhere else...

That is what it is. I wasn't in program files so I moved it there. I will move it back. Thanks everyone!

You can't really "move" programs by moving the folders around, wherever you installed the program is where it "is". You need to uninstall and reinstall in the desired location.

OK. Well, my hard drive is taking a lot of damage, 16 block errors, so it may have also been corrupted, as well as one of my other programs. I will reinstall it tommorow when I get a new drive.
