hi guys

My city just reached 250 000 people. The demand for high wealth commercial offices is really low. 

My questions

1.What should i do to raise it's demand.

2.In my city currently state Can I kick out the high tech industri from my city?

3.Once my people suddenly lost their job while there are so much commercial jobs around them. Could you tell me what causes this condition?

to increase demand try to offer your sims high level schools and hospitals...this will help you getting sims suitable for high wealth jobs...try also to plop some famous buildings...this willl help you too...also add parks and recreations...about ht industry...why do you want to move it outside your city?anyway i think that if you create a new industrial city next to this one people will go there to work and then come back at night...some of them of course will find jobs in the developing commercial district

I don't understand why, but with the super demand above increasing everything, if you bulldoze, you might get Dirty or Manufacturing instead.

Be warned, the Super Demand Ordinance is what many people call a cheat mod.
