I love your attention to detail, every picture you've shown us seems to be painstakingly manicured to perfection. A very beautiful region!

After quite a time away, I am back- with some new pictures of rural Ventiseri.

Today we'll be taking a look at a small river (Sieve, specifically) in the centre of the country, not far from the capital city of Ventiseri, Vorgia.

I hope you guys like this. My new take for Ventiseri will be to slowly work our way through villages and rural areas to end in the capital city (which will be quite a feat to actually complete in-game). 43.gif

Replies will come soon for all you lovelies.

Beautiful display of flora and ploppable water! Not only the river but the surrounding grass and woods and animals.

    Very very well done.

A new update already ! This time again a rural update, but hopefully I can have a city update next time !

A rural manor, not uncommon in Ventiseri, at the foot of a small range of hills which grow into larger mountains. So close to civilisations, you can still so a lot of wildlife in the hills.

Back again with an update from Ventiseri ! Today we are visiting a small, mountain area known as Mont Siel. The area is home to just a few people, and most of them keep sheep in their pastures.

How come I haven't seen this CJ before? Just looked from page 1 and I have to say that you're doing great work. Those rural areas look fantastic.

Well, I've managed to get a small update about more of Ventiseri's rural areas today (very small). We will see the area of Val de Sierotte, a small river valley in the northwest of the country, an area hardly inhabited.

    sierotteupdatetop.jpg

    sierotteupdatemiddle.jpg

    sierotteupdatebottom.jpg

Ventiseri's river valleys are a perfect example of the country's environment, as well as agriculture. The rough terrain makes farming difficult, and in minor river valleys, especially like that of the Sierotte, there is little flat land between the river's bank and the mountainside. Roads are very uncommon in these areas, and more common are small paths, if even they are present. Fords are the most common way to cross a river, considering the low traffic and large costs of building bridges, not to mention that every square centimetre of land suitable for grazing is extremely valuable. Most residents of these high valleys herd sheep for their living, however some also work for businesses remotely, or even run their own businesses through the internet, which has reached nearly every corner of the country. Isolated citizens can order items from stores in the city and receive them delivered, free of charge, by a government delivery system twice a week.

Benedict: Thank you, so much for your lovely comment ! You're too kind. 43.gif

Roger51: Thank you, Roger ! I really like those stone walls too. 5.gif

TekindusT: Thank you ! Like I said to Roger, I really do like those stone walls. 5.gif

Simbourgeois: Indeed, I hope there are no wolves near here; Ventiseri has lots of sheep to be protected from the wolves ! Thank you so much for your comment ! 1.gif

algis242: Oh, well thank you so much ! I'm glad that you're enjoying my CJ43.gif

I wonder where that little blue tractor is going to go?? I hope it is not trying to cross the river, looks a bit deep for the tractor 3.gif

Wonderful update, and great that internet has reached the vast area's in the mountains, and the government is trying their best to support the people out there, how very thoughtful 9.gif

Well, I'm back after quite a while off from updating... just haven't had the time to do much in SC4. Anyway, this will be the first update where I show my new region, and it will move from the outlying rural areas into the city of Vorgia.
