But to be nice, if you're GMT +8, you would be 13 hours ahead. So 18:30 + 13:00 = 31:30 => 7:30 AM the next day. At least I think it is, I'd double check on that site.

...there are two important questions: are you in the northern hemisphere and is daylight savings time used where you live?

If the answer to both is yes, it's at 7:30 AM for you.

If the answer to either or both is no, it's at 6:30 AM for you.
