Anyone can do this.  I'm using the most basic software available, the Paint program that comes with Windows.  You know how to do a screen print, right?  Knowing how to that is sort of a prerequisite.

@CHR: The station you're saying is London Sub-Surface Underground Station, made by mcdrye and avaliable in the STEX. Sorry I haven't replied before...

You're right about splitting the mosaic, I know (for experience) that usually simtropolitans are quite lazy when it's about loading another webpage. Maybe I post it fine or maybe not, depending on the amount of work I've got to do...

Daan, I'm wondering where you got the various pier and boardwalk components? The docks look like Pegasus but the rest is fancier-looking. I especially like the green-roofed building near the bottom of the image.

@ zurrabear: everything was made by Pegasus, so all the components can be found at simpeg.com, under CDK3 OWW2. I really can't remember where the green-roofed building came from...
