Changing Ingame Construction

 Hi! I am looking for a mod where it changes how  building construction. Like there would be a different crane or 

different props while the building is constructing.

I think what you're seeing are lots made to look like they're under construction.  Weasel945 does a bunch of these.

If you mean you are looking for mods that change the way buildings appear to be "constructing" after plopping, there's two that I know of. One is a mod for making civic lots appear to be constructing (link) rather than simply appearing after plopping. The other was by srainy that changed the crane that appeared on the lots while under construction. Unfortunately, that download is locked due to it causing the game to crash (although it worked for me). Perhaps there are others out there... As Jeiman2008 mentioned, there are several downloads available that add construction lots to the game. You might try searching the STEX for "construction lots"...

That's definately just an eyecandy lot that was plopped in that spot. As you can see, it doesn't move like the standard "construction" in the game does, it just sits there, static, to look nice. I'm not familiar with that exact one, but I'm sure you can find it, if not from here, it may be from SC4devotion.

Most "construction looking" lots are MML's that someone has made. (Menu Management Lots)... Those particular lots look like custom lots that that person made to "simulate" growth construction

As others have mentioned, these are eye-candy lots. They look like thay might be made up from SFBT's set or maybe self-made lots from the various props. Just a thought...
