Nice city, the third pic is beautiful, so green! how do you plant so many trees? I got a mod but can only seem to plant them individually, which would take hours if I wanted it to look anything like yours.

This week has been insane and I am dying to really sit down and play.... Here is a small update from tonight. Added a few new residential areas, new shopping center, and the San Francisco Hotel to the CBD.

It finally happened..... 2million citizens!!! A new hilltop community has been built with terrific views of the downtown area and sits right on the lake. Lots of new public buildings have been constructed all over town - galleries, theaters, libraries and a shiny new city hall Enjoy and as always - thank you very kindly for the compliments.

Your city reminds me a lot of Mobile,Alabama for its greenery. But for the rest of the city especially the CBD not so much and the fact Mobile in the real world only has about 600,000 people in the city and its suburbs.

But anyways, Great city very real feeling if I lived there I'd love it except for the fact I'd hope I wouldn't get outsourced.

I absolutely love this city. It reminds me of Houston, although instead of one big CBD like you have, we have 3 dense business areas. Must have take forever to plan out all those suburbs you have around Dickson.

Excellent update. I guess for the sake of reality I would add more surface parking to Dickson -- in my US cities 60% of space in CBDs is dedicated to parking.... Just saying

It's a realism point.... most downtowns have ample parking for workers/shoppers/tourists (well.... maybe not so realistic hehe). I did, at one point, have a good deal of downtown zoned with the parking lots in the plaza mod. However, they did not look quite right as you can see in many pics - the parking lot texture was going diagonal to most of my roads. I wasn't very happy with that so instead reorganized most of the CBD to get rid of them and replace the areas with more towers and other buildings. I still have a lot of parking in other areas like near shopping centers, industrial parks, etc etc.

BTW Cobhris96 - I actually only have 1 CBD. The other areas of high density towers you see are exec/elite clusters near the CBD. However, I have some major plans in store for that exec/elite area - so it may look drastically different later
