This really belongs in "Other Games" or something like that, not SC4. CityScape is along these lines and has a "demo" available if you want to look at it. These weren't ever meant to be "games" but more "drafting" or "architectual" tools. PixelActive (the makers of CityScape) download center.

Once I saw that I picked my jaw up off the floor and went back to dreaming about the ultimate Simcity type of game that I'd love to have.

There is no game to speak of... but you can create ANYTHING with it.. you can import actual freeway interchanges and put them in your cities... what game can do that!!!!!!

its no where neer being completed but some guys over on sc4 devotion are trying to make a game that is similar to both that and sim city.

its called City Mania project er sumthin like that
