NAM features won't build

Hi! I have the NAM for mac. I just switched it to the Z-medium simulator and now none of the NAM features (wide curves, rail over highway, pedestrian walkways, etc)  will build. They are still listed in my menu options list, but when I select them I get the angry red arrow.

The turn lanes have also disappeared.

Best option just to re-download?

Thanks 4.gif

Are you using the current patch for Simcity 4? Perhaps you need to install those updates before you can get the NAM features. I had a problem like this once and when I installed the SC4 updates the NAM worked as it should?

I'll double check it - thanks. The NAM features WERE working, so perhaps it is a plug-in??

How did you switch to the different simulator? Did you use a newer version? You may have made other changes unknowingly that is creating a conflict between "opposing" NAM files. Did you replace just the one you had before with the Simulator-Z-Medium file, or did you, perhaps, add other files while replacing? Here is more info on the "Red Arrow" problem.

Sounds like you did not put the Turn Lanes file into the plugins when you were making changes.

Maybe, kind of depends on what you did before. If you do re-install, be sure to delete all NAM files first.

Also, moving this to Modding - Transit Networks

Something else in your NAM configuration definitely changed to cause to results you're getting. If you have a copy of your old NAM folder and subfolders, I would recommend starting from there, and then simply replacing the NetworkAddonModd_Traffic_Plugin and NetworkAddonModd_Data_View files with the matching ones for the version of Simulator Z that you want.

Assuming you are trying to use NAM pieces, have you recently installed/re-installed NAM? You might check this post. Be sure you have installed NAM correctly and do not have any older transit files (including older NAM files) or any of those mentioned that are not compatable. And be sure you have the newest versions of all mods you are using.

Also, is this related to this post you made here? Again, do you have the newest versions of all mods you're attempting to use?

The NAM requires the Rush Hour add-on, along with the one patch that was issued after that. For best results, the Night Lighting patch is also recommended.
