YIMBY effect of statue/fountain in the center of roundabouts

Hi,

Does anyone know whether adding the fountain/statue in the middle of a one-way roundabout has any YIMBY effects.

If so, what is the magnitude and radius.

I'm talking about the one that is added automatically when you plop a road in the middle of teh roundabout.

I don't think so.  Since it is added automatically, (and I really am not a modder, but will attempt to explain) the fountain prop is probably what is called a T21 exemplar(?) and it isn't possible for props such as this to contain effects on the game.  It would be similar to light poles and other "road junk".

Being a dressed-up street tile, I'd assume it behaves like any other street tile.
