Sweet stuff -- by the way, what mod did you use for your brick streets + does this mad allow for regular traffic on those roads (I don't see any cars in the picture...).

I'm using the Austria 1975 Mod. There are many more added roads in this mod. Cars use the streets! It's a lovely mod.

Hello!

This is update 5 of New Leopolis. It has 368.000 citizens and has build two new landmarks.
Also, Greenman's park will be moved somewhere else and will get a makeover. The old location will be replaced by low density housing.
This is New Leopolis as seen from one of the first housing estates, as suggested by Jazye a while ago.


New Leopolis has expanded it's farmland! In the middle of it an airport has been build. New Leopolis is planning to expand it's farmland even more.


These are the new appartements next to Burson Freeway Bridge! They are the finishing touch.
Also, because of a new road layout next to the bridge, there's less traffic at the Greenway!




Also, row-houses have been build for the needed workers for the agricultural fields.



This is the Kodak Theatre! It's home to the Academy Awards. It's build next to the highway and is surrounded by Skilled highrise.



This is urban sprawl in the west.





NL at the moment.

New Leopolis is growing very fast and I expect it to reach 400.000 inhabitants in the near future. It is a great city and everyone in it is very happy! This was update 5 and a new update will follow somewhere next week.

Hello, this is Update 6, another kind of update than usual. You are going to look through the eyes of Jack, a worker at the agricultural fields of New Leopolis, who is going on a vacation to Sunset City!

Hello, I'm Jack, and I'm going to show you my journey to Sunset City! This is my appartement, next to Central Freeway.

Leaving for 45th Street, which will lead us to Grand Avenue. Then we'll cross the bridge over Central Freeway.

This is a picture of Central Freeway with the bridge of Burson Freeway in the back.

Here the 100 km/h (70MPH) zone ends, and a 50km/h (20MPH) zone begins.

There it is! Burson Freeway. We need to take it for a moment to get on the highway.

Following Burson Freeway. It is still morning, so it's not busy (yet!).

Arrived at the intersection. Now we'll take the highway (H1) to the airport, about a drive of 50 minutes.

The highway never sleeps. This is the only way to the farms and the airport. When it gets too busy they will transform it into a 4x4 lane.

This is a nice drive, because you can see the nice skycrapers from Downtown.

Looking back to New Leopolis. We're almost at the bridge, which will lead us out.

Driving over the bridge..

We arrive at the first intersection which will lead people to the farms. We have to drive further. A shot from the intersection:

After  a mile the highway will end, and will change into a 2x2 lane country road.

There we are. Now we still need to drive 30 minutes.

We're getting closer.

There it is.

Let's find a parking lot.

Let's go inside. The plane is leaving at 1, so still 30 minutes left. I'll be flying with Airstar flights.

There we go! Bye New Leopolis, Hi Sunset City!

Now we have to fly for 5 hours. Then I'll make some pictures from Sunset City!

I'm Loving this update! Spent about 30 mins reading it all in detail ! - One question I do have, is where can I download those lake's? The ones that are in the parks with the clear blue water?

Hello! Here's Update 7! First, some information about NL, which is at 510.000 citizens(!) and then you'll follow Jack in Sunset City!

This is New Leopolis at the moment.

Downtown has been given a makeover! Here are some shots.





As NL now has more than 500.000 citizens, it has build the Peace hotel, at the edge of downtown. It's very big.


Also, at the other side of the H1 a new district has been build for unskilled workers.



It has set up mustard factories, which have become famous now.


A new shopping centre near Westerkerk is totally running on wind energy. Other shopping centres are following!


This was the update of New Leopolis. Now let's follow Jack in Sunset City!

 Hello! My plane just arrived at Sunset City. Here are some pictures:



Just left the airport. Here's a shot what you see when you leave.


I'm going to take the B25 to the CBD.


There it is!




I parked my car at one of the parking lots and visited a museum. This is the view from the roof!


Driving further along Adrian Avenue. On the right side there are farms, on the left side housing.





Taking the bridge (see picture of Adrian Avenue above) To have a look at the sea.



Approaching Sunset Avenue. I'll go right to have a look at Sunset Plaza, with St Nicholas' Church, Kodak Theatre and Sunset University.

Well. It's time to go to my hotel now. It's 9o'clock and I still need to drive for 90 minutes.

Wow -- NL and SC look amazing -- great work!!! How many residents do you need for the university to be unlocked?

Actually you need very much of a certain resource to unlock an university. For instance having many farms will unlock the institute of agriculture, same with offices and all other resources!
