Looking for Thalassicus

I am a member of the SimMars team and I am trying to find a modder called Thalassicus who modded the THL Desert Mod.  We would like to include parts of this mod in the next SimMars beta release but I have been unable to locate the author to get permission.  Does anyone know where online Thalassicus hangs out or how I can communicate with him?

He last visited on 5/27/2009 It seems that he has become inactive since then.

He does not have a account at SC4D or anywhere else but here. So it seems the only way to contact him would be via private message.

Also i did a little google searching, and found someone on a Civilzation Forum with a Identical username. He mentioned "SimCity2000 Cities" in one of his posts. He last visted that site on Jan 10 2010, it might not be the same person, but it could be worth a try. This is his profile info.
