Sorry I din't post this at 5:59. I was busy and a mean robot decided to hack into ST. First, before the awards gallery, i want to give a speech first. Here it is:

1 year ago, I had a great idea:Why not showcase my region for all on ST to see? Well, I did. Ever since this CJ was created, I have had events that have restricted me continuing it, but still, I try to get through the worst of times. When this CJ opened in the forums, it was like any new CJ: Not much attention, bad-looking photos, and I din't know how to do much. However, look at this now. In just one year, over 4600 views and 250 comments. My CJ has changed a lot:I am using more custom content, my photos look better, and now I am getting more comments. Also, I have commented on other people's new CJ's and they said back that this CJ had inspired them to do theirs. This CJ may not get as big as Schelmania, Franklin County or Blue Hope. However, I will continue this new CJ year, with more updates, maps, and CJ stuff. I would like to thank several people. First, I want to think those who take the time to read and comment on this CJ, as well as those who helped me out like Envilions, whose help made my photos look better. I would also like to thank the people, espacially the NAM team, for providing the mods and buildings that I use. I would like to thank those who nominated a award to me, especially Benedict. Lastly, I would like to thank Dirk for making this amazing site and letting me post my CJ here.And without further ado, the thing we have been waiting for for almost a month............

Anyways, the DOT has proposed upgrades to the UCCRL. First of all, they are proposing extending the yellow line to Southton-Newark and building a station there:

Next, some purple line upgrades are proposed. First of all, they are proposing to have the purple line get it's own track and extend it to Pheonix Mountain:

If the project goes through, the Purple line will not have to share tracks with the densely crowded Red & blue line track near redington.

They are also proposing to extend the purple line here. No plans yet, just an idea. Here is the area they want to improve(Also another part of cutting off the purple line from the others)

Lastly, the small town of Nyton Hills east of Pheonix wants to build a double-track station to serve both blue and purple lines:

It's obvious you spend a lot of time on your roads and highway system. The RHW looks good implemented here. On the other hand, a water mod would jazz up your, uh, water, and if you spend a bit more time ferraforming to level out some of the bumps it'll make a huge difference in how aesthetically pleasing your cities look. I think I'll check back from time to time. There has been improvement since the initial posts. Keep up the good work!

Today i am going to host updates on The PBT and Purple Line.

First of all, final phase of the PBT(The black box is a toll plaza)

The completed Pheonix Mountain Station;Will not be functional until the railway gets built.

...and finally the new station. Because the tracks have changed, the map will have to be changed. It is the first UCCRL Station to intersect at a 90 degree angle:

Several things today:First up, update on Newark:

(Btw about the UCCRL thing, DOT is proposing making a station each for Newark and Southville. However, that may not happen)

Lastly, two fires broke out, first in Tuscaroa City, where a grease fire started in a Taco Bell and threatened some homes:

and the Orchard Discovery Labs, caused by a shortened circit. In both case, noone died:

Today is story mode 4.Here it is:

The two drunks. They broke out of the Winslow Prision. Hijacking a ice cream truck at 8pm in the evening, they set out to do thier "Quest":To kill as many people as possible:

[Man 1]Ha ha!!Those [Profanity] people will be dead at our mercy!!Tomorrow we will conquer this country and sell it to Timbucktu!!Tomorrow we will be at the exective office to kill the president.Ha ha!!

[Man 2]:Yes, yes, my friend, good plan. You will be crowned king once the preident is killed

They raced through town at 90mph, crashing into dozens of cars, as well as a couple of peds:

Realizing the cops are after them, they go toward the railyard on the northside of town.

[Man 2]Oh oh:Holy [Profanity]!!Those [Profanity] police are after us!!We must(Other man cuts him off)

[Man 1]activate the bomb and destroy the trains!!

[Man 2]I hope it [Profanity] works, for all the hassle we did

They park the truck in the middle of the yard and escape in a passenger train heading toward east winslow. Before setting off, they grab lots of liqour and set a bomb

In reality, the bomb doesn't go off. They drink so much beer that they fall out of the train and get killed

Today, updates to pheonix projects. First up, the PBT:
DOT Decided to add an exit to Heartfont Rd before the toll plaza and highway:

The development around exit 4 has taken place, and here it is:

Pretty soon two hotels will be buitl here, as well as a couple of fast-food places
In addition, DOT has proposed this project, to upgrade the Trans-Bay Bridge east toll plaza:

and lastly, the station for Nyton Hills is finished, however, it is not open until the new blue line is complete

Today update on several things. First of all, plans for the northern half of the Purple Line:

Basiclly, the purple line will be extened Northeastword(A new station will be built-sorry I din't put it) and then West where a stop will be built at Pheonix airport.

Next up, expansion of Nyton Hills:

Gray=New streets Green=Residential, Blue=Future shopping mall Red-School Yellow-Industrial

As well, two other things have chaged. First of all, The Newark/Southville Station has been offically opened!!

and I fixed some problems with the final exit of the MIT in Red Mountain:

Anyways, today's story mode, unlike the previus ones, actually happened tonight in the UC. At a teenage party, among which was the Vice president's son, a fire broke out in the mansion. Several people tried to escape upstairs but became trapped.

About 7:26 PM, the VP and a assiantant were driving to a nearby store to buy some more soda and chips.

When they reached the intersection, the VP's son called

[VP]Probably wants to call us nagging about the soda.But i'll answer(Presses button)

[VP]Yeah. hello?

[Kyle(VP's son)]:Get over here!!The house is on fire!!

Immediatly after hearing fire, he turned the car around back toward the house. When they reached it,the windows showed the flames, and a bunch of people were across the street

[VP]Is everyone okay?

[Kid 1]:No. 4 people are trapped upstairs. They thought they could get out that way.

[Assitanct]Did anyone call the fire department

[Kid 2]:Yes sir

Then someone in a car came up and said(His name was John Mertion)

[John]Did you say someone's trapped. Here i'll get them.What floor

[Kid 1]2nd floor. I don't know what room.

Immediatly, Mr. Mertion ran around with the two other adults to the other side of the house. One of them picked up a rock and smashed the bay window. John jumped in, where he saw the staircase, partually consumed by flame, at the other end of the room. Smashed glasses and other party things were on the floor.

[John]h(Profanity)!!!

He ran toward it as fast as he could up the stairs, fearing the staircase would collaspe. However, it din't while he was on it. The second floor wasn't burning although there was smoke everywhere. He immediatly starting banging on doors at random. Finally, he banged on a door close to the burning staircase and a voice answered:

[someone]Who are you!!Help!!Help!!

[John]:I'm coming!!

He rushed into a bedroom. There, 5 teens where huddled in a closet, with a dead fire extingusher right by them. There was a window, but right below them was a burning bush

(Opens window and calls down)

[John]:Hey guys, hose that bush!! We'll drop into it!!

Just as the bush was extingushed by a fire truck, the house exploeded. It was caused when the flames reached a propane tank in the garage and caused it to blow. The weakened out walls fell inward, crushing the room.

5 minutes later, when the smopke cleared

[Firemen]Where are you?? Are you there!!

[John]Yes we're here!!

They were found all brused and with borken bones in a corner near the remains of the staircase. Thankfully, all of them lived, and all were well in a few days. The fire was started by a shortened circut near the stairs due to the TV, VCR, and other applinclies running at once. Damages totaled $1.4 million.

What are we looking at?
The photo above represents about 1/7th of Braintree. It is a area of two suburbian real estate areas. One is called Forrest, and the other Wilder. The area unlike most of the rest of the island, is middle class, beautifal, and scenic. Numerous biking trails  run through the area.
