This is a very good CJ. I've been lurking around the past couple of updates, but I'd like to give two thumbs up to this CJ for realism. Especially Greensboro, it reminds me of some small Piedmont town scattered throughout the Carolinas. Great job!

Greensboro is coming along nicely... looks a lot like those typical north-eastern small towns. And your newest town is very nice too... the industrial sector is a nice detail. And the academy is nicely done. Especially its location is perfectly chosen. Always a pleasure to come back here.

It'll be interesting to see how the port effects industry in Broadvale. Great updates again, love how you have the center of the small town and commercial growth near the freeway, it reminds me of basically every small town near an interstate. Can't wait to see more!

BTW, Cheney, WA is in Eastern WA...we've got university towns in Western WA too: Bellingham, Bothell, Tacoma, Seattle's University District, Olympia, etc.

Nice paper! I also like the container port... it looks like the "old" port became too small, so they transferred the containers to a new facility. Cool developments there.
