I think the worst thing that could happen is that he/she tells you that you have cancer of everything down in that particular area (need i say more) and it will soon spread to your brain and every limb in your body.  But you will not die from the cancer, you will die from a guy wielding a butter knife in a pickle costume named lenny who stabs you in your leg.
