2 Use the puzzle pieces to create HSR over rail

3 Try to do again the curve, maybe in another place

It seems you may have the first version of HSR. You'll need the latest, found here.

You may have the old HSR. Follow the link in Blue LIghtning's reply.

Suggestion, either terminate your roads before they cross under the HSR or connect the road to the street. The HSR should cross over all roads, tracks, and rails (not GLR) if they are perpendicular  --|-- to the HSR and two space gap without a HSR piece. Also lay out the HSR tracks first then cross the roads, streets etc.

It also looks like you have the bullet train mod installed too? (just guessing because the weird wire thingy's look like those off the BTM, the ones that are all one piece, not the ones that are two separate ones)

Do you have the patch that allows them to be compatible? That may be causing some problems otherwise.

You need to uninstall the first HSRP before you install the new one Blue Lightning gave you a link to.

Also if you have the BTM installed you need to download this as well:

No those are HSR's. BTM's looks like El Railroads on steroids.
