Are there any of those 'cheats' or 'easter eggs' where if you name a street a certain thing, something special happens or develops on it?

Also is there any thing special in SC4, like the SimCity Castle from SC3, or the way which you could have a parade/carnival in SC3?

well if your lucky you might spot a floating man who happens to sit on a chair that is 'powered' by ballons.

All of the maxis landmarks have a gnome somewhere on them at certain times, you can see if you can find them anywhere. There is the Gnome Unlock Kit  mod to make them visible all the time, but you still need to find them.

You can drive tanks under water. You can spray foam from the fire truck if you crash the freight train. If you beg me for the modd you can make your taxis into elephants.

Yes you can do some strange things in Sim City througth modds and bugs.

It's not really hidden but you can fly under bridges in the jet... It's hardly worth posting, but I thought i would for the sake of it!

I guess this would count as an easter egg. If you zoom in close to the Victorian Mansion, you can see someone sitting down at their patio table and promptly falling into their pond.

That obviously won't happen all the time, and I'm not even sure it was Victorian Mansion, only that it was a low density R$$$ lot [one that came with the game, not a download]. Don't know if this has been spotted before, but it's pretty funny the first time around.
