Howdy! As some of you may know, I had a CJ named Ravenholm/Arcadian Federation not too long ago. However due to some unforseen complications this (along with my other two CJs) has *sniffed* passed on *sob sob cry*

However! I have had lots of time to comptemplate my return, thus I created a brand spankin new CJ se llama:

PALMONT GROVES!

Unfornutatly I dont have any presentable pics as of now, but i do have these:

You got the 2020 care from iRobot, huh? I recognize the design of it. Be pretty awesome to drive one of those though, and hey! I'll be the right age to own a car too! Sweet.

Well here we go! Update Numero uno of Palmont! Keep in mind that this is NOWHERE close to being completed (im still working on the downtown core) But im doing the best i can

OK, before we get to the pics, ill reveal the identity of the cars! Car 1 is the Audi RSQ Concept for iRobot, and Car 2: The EDAG Light Car. So there, now here are some preliminary pics from PALMONT GROVES

Kinda self explanitory, Hotel Rowe is just east of Downtown Palmont

Tempset College, just south of the Downtown core across the Brimstone River. It is one of the finest campuses in America and its football team (the Red Raiders after my fav college and high school) is one of the best in the nation

The Walker Street District, just north of Downtown is the life of the city and is modelled off Austin Texas' East 6th Street (you really should go there)

Well here we are, Update numero dos of Palmont! Here you get to see a big picture of the city! Well enough talk, lets go! (thats what she said)

BOOM! Downtown baby! The heart of the city and the Tri-State area!

Here's Midtown, the historic center of the City, home to the Gant Street District, home of the area's nightlife

Here's the Old City Port just north of Downtown, this was replaced in 1988 by the monolithic Southport District which handles most international trade while this port handles most upriver trade

Here's the Gant-Shaw Memorial Bridge connecting Downtown with Midtown, as well as the USS Farmville, named after the obsessively awesome game!

Midtown Towers, where one of My Sims (Rob Robertson) calles home, they were built in 1959 as a quick fix for the population problem

Last but not least we have the Palmont International Finance Center, the tallest building in the city standing at 969 feet tall! Constructed in 2013 the taller structure is the actual tower while the shorter one is the Trump Hotel-Palmont

Excellent work, I really like the port. The downtown also looks really good, but you could do with some more detail in those empty plazas and improve the transition between low rise and high right.

Beautiful pictures you have there! I love the photoshoped pics. The old city port looks simple, but really beautiful. Everything is very realistic.

The only thing that I don't like are the large plazas in the downtown (the ones next to the skyscrapers - the white ones). You could make them smaller or add some different plazas next to them.

Downtown Palmont Groves, redone. As per suggestion from several members i've redone Downtown withouth the gigantic open plazas. Instead I've got construction on the URP, Urban Renewal Project enacted by the city council

crappy i know, but here's the Boardwalk Tower, a product of the project, and it is up for sale for any members willing to buy

Another project, yet again up for sale! C'mon folks, i need the money. Please FRANKY IS AT THE DOOR! IM BEGGIN YA BUY THE TOWER!

Well here's that construction i promised yall! Unfortunatly its NOT for sale

Fastforward a few months and WHAPA (George Lopez style)! Spiro Tower, the tallest building in the city, home to a hotel and the headquarters of Spiro Industries. The complex also features a light rail terminal
