Some of you may remember my last CJ which started about a year and a half ago. Since then my city building skills have grown massively, I found that the old region was far too unrealistic for my liking. So I have started a new region this time based on the real life region of Cork, Ireland. This CJ is meant to represent a city as realistic as I can be bothered but unrealistic enough to have fun and look make good. I have essentially warped real life and history to my imagination so please don't take any stories too seriously. I hope you enjoy this CJ and please do comment because it makes  a massive difference on my motivation to continue updating, which is sometimes lacking.

A little newspaper I knocked up in half an hour, so spelling and grammar mistakes are aplently.

Thats all for now, in the next update we should be looking at more of the centre of Cork and its history. 4.gif

Hey, nice start! I haven't been around for your other CJ's, but this one looks nice. I like your attractive photoshop boxes and professional layout.

Just as a side note, I noticed you spelled indepedent wrong in the first intro pic.

    Gunny510 - First comment, thanks!

TekindusT - Glad you like the newspaper, it was a very quick job.

    TmiguelT - Thank you

Mikeaut1 - Cheers, you will hopefully be seeing more of my graphics in this CJ

Monegasque - Thanks, nice to have a resident of Cork, as you may guess this CJ isn't a realistic representation of Cork but I have taken some inspiration from the city.

rainyday - But that would involve destroying all my hardwork! Thank you commenting.

Schulmanator - Thank you, more should be on the way.

Raysfan16 - Spelling mistakes will be a constant feature in this Cj, sorry. Glad you like it though.

ixnayonthetimmay - Thank you, glad you like the history, I hope to provide more background on this in later updates.

    Muck308 - Thanks

Ironicepitome - I'm glad you like it.

    buildsolid - Thanks, I can't wait too!

    Larks2242 - Possibly too tall but I couldn't resist.

PeterRules - Thanks, in the CJ Cork itself is independent from Ireland, but their football associations have merged due to mutual interests. Hence why I wrote the Football Association of Ireland and Cork

    Steeler07 - Thanks for commenting.

Mayorm - Thank you, more is on the way!

Phew, a lot of comments there, thanks again and please do leave a comment when you visit as it does increase my motivation.

Anyway this week is a very short update, due to it being the end of term at University I don't much time for now.

Next time we will be looking closer at the buildings and businesses in the CBD. 4.gif

A bit of a delay since my last update, lots of uni work to finish before the end of term but now I'm free for Christmas. 4.gif

    city1replies.jpg

rjm35 - Thanks, I have spent a while planning the downtown and will continue to want to change it.

buildsolid - Thank you, I'm glad you find it realistic.

Muck308 - Thanks for commenting, more is on its way!

    jacqulina - Thank you.

Victor Valdes - Thanks for commenting.

TmiguelT - Glad you like it, thanks for the comment.

Kusajika Yachiru - Most of the buildings are glass, I assume you mean the big one. Tokyo? This is a european CJ, haha. Thanks for commenting.

    Now for more CBD madness

Moving slightly away from the central core, the large tower at the bottom is the City council building.

And finally I leave you with a sneak preview of whats to come in the next updates!
