Cockateels are very nice birds.  Look forward to seeing some paintings of them.

 

Dinner today will be catch as catch can.  We have some nice east coast salmon as well as some very good Quebec pork.

So far i love them. mine is a girl and her name is daisy. my daughters is named stasha but she wants to rename it to keio.... had a big job to clean up the cage add more toys ect. Ill post pics soon as i can.

A sauce made by finely dicing hard boiled eggs and adding them to a thin white sauce made in the usual way.  Base is usually fish stock in this case.

birds are a lot of work but very worth the effort. so glad i got them.

Sorry, citrus sauce is for fruit and leaves, not fish.  You can have a plain white sauce without the egg or sauce mornay with cheddar cheese.  The citrus would overcook the fish.

 

Egg drop soup is very simple.  Give me good old hot and sour soup any time, extra chili oil.
