The empty envelope case!

Well, after playing Cities XL Beta I wanted to buy this game by mail...and well it's been like a week and no news about my order...I'm impatient but nothing...so if any of you have ordered by mail this game how long did it take to arrive¿? And as a tip I live in South America...

OH NO! The empty envolope case! If you downloaded it, that might happen, as it happened a lot earlier this month. But it is the dreaded glitch.

Well yes i do live in South America  and I have already sent them an email but i have no answer yet... ...but the good news is that i looked for my package in UPS' webpage and it says that tomorrow is arriving... hope that's true..

Well. mirrors 20, it finally arrived...im excited and sad at the same time...I'm now facing a new problem. There was a misunderstood between me and MC and now they're sending me one more copy. I'd say that it was my fault but I tried to cancel that order and the told me that the package was already sent so the told that I have to wait for it and the try to sell it to a friend. But here illegal copies sorround every corner so nobody would want to buy the original one. I'm so sad because including taxes it costs like 90 $us and the credit card wasn't mine, so I do not know what to do.....Any suggestion

If you did put in two orders, I think you will have to pay for both, sorry.    Ebay might be a good place to try to sell your second copy, it should be all right if it is unopened, and hasn't been registered.  Buyers may feel comfortable with purchasing it there, as far as I know, Ebay has controls for sellers who aren't legit.  Is it available in your location?

If you did not put in two orders, you might be able to convince them of the mistake on their part if you keep trying, and give them details about the order.  Just my thoughts, if anyone else has input on the problem, please speak up.

Hey man, glad your copy came.

You got two? Maybe sell it to a shop, trade in?

or ebay, amazon, whatever the brazilians use!

I'm sure if you price it right you shouldn't have a problem moving it

I just got my game today! But I am not installing it until I upgrade my computer, despite the free time due to my 2nd day off school from influenza (which made me feel crummy on Monday but I went to school Tuesday then I took my temperature for the first time and it was 100.1F on Tuesday night).
