Offline mode

Anyone know how to start the game in offline mode? im going to my cabbin this weekend and thers no internett there

just try to login... if no network connection is available, the "Login" button will turn into "Play Offline". You'll have to activate your copy with an internet connection before you are connectionless, so I hope you use a notebook... You can't just install the game on an offline machine and play.

so new players haven't been able to register since the 11th? So no one new has started playing since then?

No thats a lie, I got the game 2 days ago had no issues registering and getting into the game straight away - no install issues, no registration issues, no server problems. But tonight the servers appear to be down, first time I've had it when wanting to play but its not a biggie, expected it.

Actually it's not a lie. If you read Cities XL's facebook page and just browse this forum, you'll see there are a ton of people having serious issues with getting this game to work. Count yourself lucky if you made it through without issues. I purchased the game and unfortunately have been unable to connect to Monte Cristo's servers and their tech support has not responded to my issue requests for nearly 72 hours now. It's unfortunate.
