Welcome to the official showcase about Zumi's BAT's.
Here my newest project, the CityTravel Center.
I'ts a simple CO$$ 3x3 skyscraper. Now the model is ready for textures.
Do you like it?
I got the idea to this skyscraper by the 425 LEXINGTON AVENUE BUILDING from NYC.

Had a time-out for three weeks. (holidays)
Now I'm back and textured the CityTravel Center. I know that's a very special texture combination, but i think it looks good.
At the roof we can see the CityTravel logo and other realistic roof junk:




At night I made a Office-Night-Thexture for the building.
The logo have nightlights too:

Stage: 6 or 7

Looks good, but (always a but) why is the sign laying on the roof, instead of standing on the top of the wall ?

Me too, I found the sign a little bit trange, but I really like the rest of the tower.

The stats are perfect.

That's really good!

To make the sign better you could try and make a sort of support structure behind it. Also, the night lights seem really bright.

But now I'm home so that I can tell you: It sucks. Absolutely.

Shocked? Don't worry, I was just kidding!

This building is superb; I love it! It's a CO$$, not CO$$$, which is good. It's not too tall, which is good at well. It has an interesting shape, nice detail, interesting night lights, truly superb and realistic roof junk (arent't those antennas just perfect?) and a well-designed base. What more can one ask for?

Thank you a hundred times for sharing such a great and useful building with us poor BAT analphabets. Two thumbs up from me!

You know, I really love your Geometry International, Darkblue Tower, Crossword Tower etc... together with Frogface's and Ill Tonkso's mid-rise buildings, they finally fill the gap both between low structures and the big high-rise towers and the one between high-capacity CO$$$ and all those KevDan25 / SimGoober / JaWood stores, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Have you ever considered making an R$$ building? 'Cause that's another category where there's not too wide a range to choose from...

Oh well, as long as you keep sharing your great buildings with us...

I've now holidays! I'st batting time.
Here is the Zumi Office Tower its a simple CO$$ midsize tower with Lot size 3x4. What do you think about the window textures?

*jaw drops* thsoe are just amazing windo textures, and just textures in general, wow its been a long time since you released a bat but this one is just so beautiful it copuld fit in any city.

well.there are alot of different  window styles so yeah.it is a small brake from clouds and city reflection textures.I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!

WooW!! The window textures is nice.  There is just the roof texture that I don't like, like simfox say.  But the rest of the tower is incredible.

I really like the idea of the blinds that are pulled down on some windows. The roof mosaic texture is a bit umm.

wow.  just wow.  you never fail to amaze me... i didnt even think that the window texture was possible, but the roof texture is rather... tile-ish...

anyway, other than the roof texture, all looks good.  i wonder what it looks like at night... oh, i do have a suggestion or two.  on the middle roof, you could remove the HVAC and put in tables for the employees to eat their lunch.  just a suggestion.

Ok, I'll change the roof texture. I thought this mosaicy texture is an alternative to the other roof textures.
