Turning Bays

I have Simcity Deluxe and the latest NAM. But how can I make roads with turning bays like the one below.

Good question!  I second this, I've been wondering this myself.  Is it an extra mod?

If you mean the left-turn lanes, you must select that option when you install the NAM. When you run the exe for NAM installation, go through the various options carefully. It is one of them.

I installed everything when I installed the NAM. Do I have to press [Tab] or something while in the road tool?

If the NAM was installed correctly the turn lanes would automatically show up.

when ur installing it with all the next buttons and i accept theres a check list, the can change it there

It should of game with the NAM. Re-installing might work.

And make sure you got the right version, right-hand or left-hand version. (AKA Correct and incorrect )

When using the installer version of the NAM, the Road Turning Lanes are not selected by default (Avenues yes - Roads no). So if you just click 'Next' each time the Road Turning Lanes will not be installed. You can re-install over the old copy if you choose the same options you did before and select the Road Turning Lanes. If you want to select something different, then be sure to delete the old NAM folder before reinstalling. You can check if the Turning Lanes have been installed by looking in the NAM/Plugins folder for two files with Turning Lanes in the name - one for avenues and one for roads.
