the buddybud walls don't work with me, Everytime I open SC4 it crashes. I removed the buddybud walls and it works perfectly. might be a problem or bug with the walls.

Hi all, What is a good ratio of Res to Com to Ind? I though it was two parts Res to one part Com and one part Ind but alot of CJ's and such seem to be mostly Res... any thoughts? Thanks

I installed everything when I installed the NAM. Do I have to press [Tab] or something while in the road tool?

I have Simcity Deluxe and the latest NAM. But how can I make roads with turning bays like the one below.
