Half-Life 2 Mods

Has anyone created any mods based on Half-Life 2?

There are some great concepts there but I'm new to the design scene and would not do it justice at this point.

Are you asking about Half-Life 2 content/mods for sc4?

If so No there really is not any,if you search the stex though there were

textures from half-life 2(converted to sc4)uploaded a long while ago.
